Send one link. Your client uploads files, answers questions, and hands over access details in one place — no password, no account. The system keeps reminding them about what's still missing, so you don't have to.
No card required. Set up your first collection in a few minutes.
Three things that eat your week every time a project needs something from a client.
Client replies to your first reminder with a blurry phone photo, then sends the logo as a PDF instead of a PNG, then forgets entirely on the third round. You end up manually tracking what's arrived and what hasn't — across email, WhatsApp, maybe a shared drive.
WordPress admin access, a Stripe key, a hosting password — it so often ends up as plain text in an email or chat message, sitting there indefinitely, readable by anyone who ever gets into that inbox.
Sending the fourth "just following up on the logo" email is awkward — and necessary, because without it the project doesn't move. Being the person who has to nag is not the job you signed up for.
You set it up once. The system does the following up.
Logo, copy, opening hours, login credentials, whatever the project requires — each item has a clear type (text, file, multiple files, image, yes/no, pick-from-a-list, sensitive credential, and more), so you know exactly what you're asking for and your client knows exactly what to submit.
An email with a link that drops them straight into their own page — no password, no account to create. They see a clear checklist: what's already in, what's still missing, how long it'll take. The link works for 14 days, so they can start on a phone and finish on a laptop. The page carries your name and your colors, not a BriefGate logo.
The default schedule reminds them at day 2, day 5, day 9, then weekly — or pick your own cadence. Reminders only go out during reasonable hours and only mention what's still outstanding. If a client goes quiet, the system stops after a handful of reminders and hands the situation back to you instead of nagging forever.
A genuine free tier — one active collection, 10 items, 1 GB of storage, no time limit, not a trial. Paid plans start at $29/month (15 active collections, unlimited items, your own branding, a vault for sensitive credentials) up to an agency plan with multiple team seats and your own portal domain.
If your team already uses AI coding tools, they can create and read these collections directly through Claude Code or any MCP-compatible agent — see the developer docs.
